MY STORY
- Growing up, I was the kid who followed all the rules.
- As I graduated from college with investment banks and consulting firms knocking on my door, there I was: waiting for someone to tap me on the shoulder and tell me what to do with my life.
- Throughout my life, I have gotten whispers of inspiration to follow a different path.
- Every time I have followed those whispers - from becoming an actor and founding a theater company, to teaching and coaching, becoming an executive at a software company, and now, to becoming a transformational business coach - I have connected with my purpose.
- My two decades of experience in education and business has been dedicated to elevating others. To helping people listen to their own whispers and turn them into roars.
ABOUT MARK FACCIANI
Prior to his roles in business, Mark spent fifteen years as a teacher, wrestling coach, and administrator at The Pingry School where he worked with over 1,000 students and families, earning several school awards, and was voted District Coach of the Year by his wrestling coaching peers.
In transitioning to the corporate sector, Mark built and led the sales development and customer success teams at an industry leading construction software company. During his tenure, Mark had a major leadership role in helping the company achieve massive sales growth, landing it in the top 300 of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.
In addition to his work helping companies accelerate and sales development reps to advance their careers, his proudest roles are those of husband to his wife Dara, father to his twin daughters Annie and Lily, and caretaker of his golden retriever puppy Gus.
