Is for Learning. In this program, you’ll be getting best in class sales practices. We will work on prospecting, rapport building, time management and more to gain confidence and expertise that will serve you not only as an SDR - but throughout your career in sales.

is for Accountability - In this program, you will make the decision to take 100% ownership over your career success. This shift will help you look at your role and career in an entirely new way that will spur you forward.

Is for Utilizing data. Some people think sales is about having a great smile and the ability to schmooze. Those attributes are nice - but the real winners know the numbers. You’ll become more focused on tracking what’s important - and ignoring what’s not.

Is for Nurture. We are going to train you to develop a professional sales mindset. That means you will be more able to adapt to change, focus on progress over perfection, and challenge yourself to take courageous action on a a daily basis.

The LAUNCH Program offers ten weeks of coaching delivered in systematic phases - providing you with a foundation for long-term career growth. Here are the phases of the program:

During this phase, you’ll ignite the spark for your career and raise your motivation to the next level. You’ll also gain a lot of self-awareness as we identity and begin to incorporate skills, techniques, and ways of thinking you need to adapt to excel in this role.
